The Doctoral School is involved in an Erasmus+ project with the title “PEP-UP” (PhDs Enhanced for Prospects ErasmUs Plus). The project aims to identify the main competencies and traits required by industry from engineering doctoral students and match these with the academic part of their studies. The concrete outcome of the project is a design for an intense 5 day workshop for PhD students. Each of the partner universities can send three PhD students who are in their second year to the workshop. The next workshop will take place in Torino in February 2017.
